The City of Livingston commissioned Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood Inc. to establish a Zoning Ordinance.  To emphasize commercial growth in the downtown core and at the interstate exchange. Industrial development is relegated to the north and south industrial parks keeping family neighborhoods quiet and safe.
